The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has released a notification on October 25 stating that MHT CET 2020 will be held in computer based mode between the second and third week of May in a span of 16 to 20 days. The application form of MHT CET will be available in the first week of January, 2020. The last date to fill the application form will be tentatively the third week of March. Candidates may be able to fill MHT CET 2020 application with a late fee of Rs 500 in the last week of March. Candidates who meet the MHT CET eligibility criteria will be able to fill and appear for the entrance exam for admissions to the B.Tech or B.E programmes offered in the state. The admit card of MHT CET will be available in the third week of April in online mode. The result of MHT CET 2020 will be announced in June. Qualified candidates can participate in the MHT CET counselling in the third week of June 2020. State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will release the application form of MHT CET 2020 in online mode in the first week of January. While the last date to register would be the third week of March, candidates can yet fill the application till the last week of March with a late fee of Rs 500. The steps to fill the MHT CET 2020 application form are as follows:
Step 1: MHT CET Registration – Creation of Username and Password. Candidates must submit their personal, academic, contact, education, bank and other details. Candidates have the option of Registration through Aadhaar where details will be auto fetched or Non-Aadhaar where they can fill the details. After successful registration, a password would be generated to be used for future logins.
Step 2: Filling up Application Form of MHT CET 2020 - Candidates must fill all the requisite details as asked
Step 3: Upload of Photograph and Signature – Candidate must upload their recent Photograph and Signature
Step 4: Payment of MHT CET 2020 Application Fees – After uploading the images, candidate can make payment of of the application fee as per their category using Online Payment mode through credit/debit card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), IMPS, Netbanking, Cash cards/mobile wallets or Offline through Bank Challan Payment.
