2. How we use it
To deliver mock tests, generate performance analysis and AI explanations, maintain your revision lists, process payments for paid plans, provide support and improve question quality.
3. AI processing
Question text and your selected answer may be processed by an AI service to generate explanations. We do not send your personal identity details as part of that request.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with service providers that host the platform, process payments or deliver messages, and where required by law.
5. Retention and your rights
Attempt history is retained while your account is active. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@mocktestseries.com.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to production systems is restricted. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or attempting any test on MockTestSeries.in you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are for individual use; sharing access is not permitted.
3. Content and licence
All questions, explanations, analysis reports and interface elements are the property of MockTestSeries.in. You may use them for personal preparation only. Copying, reselling, recording or redistributing content is prohibited.
4. Plans and payments
Plan prices, durations and inclusions are shown at the time of purchase. Access is granted for the stated duration. Refunds are considered only where a technical fault prevented access and support was contacted within seven days.
5. Accuracy and exam outcomes
Questions, explanations and exam pattern information are prepared carefully but are for practice purposes. We do not guarantee any exam result or selection, and official notifications always take precedence.
6. Fair use
Automated scraping, bulk downloading, reverse engineering and attempts to disrupt the service may result in suspension without refund.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
